Tell us your thoughts on working from home

UNSW Quadrangle

You are invited to take part in a short staff survey on your experience working from home.

There have been many challenges that we have faced as a result of the COVID-19 situation. We cannot thank you enough for your outstanding efforts and collegial spirit, in the face of great uncertainty, to provide the best possible experience for our students and your fellow colleagues.

While we acknowledge the difficulties in this continually evolving situation, there have also been some great innovations and positive changes to how we work. As we slowly start the move back to relative normality, we are keen to capture your experiences, and for those working remotely, how you are feeling about an eventual return to campus.

To this end, we invite you to take part in this short staff survey.

The survey includes questions about how you are feeling, how you’ve found working off-campus, what changes you think would benefit the University if we adopted them long-term, and your expectations around a safe return to campus life.

The feedback you provide will be invaluable in informing how we manage our return and our future ways of working. We encourage you all to participate so we have the biggest sample size possible. The survey will close on Friday 5 June.

We want to assure you that your responses will remain anonymous. Survey findings will be shared with the 20/21+ Taskforce working groups as well as all staff.

We remain optimistic about the future – and we are confident that as a community we will find our way through this once-in-a-generation challenge, and make the most of this opportunity to refine the way we deliver our education, services and expertise to students, colleagues and society more broadly.
