Two new program suites are designed to equip professionals with the skills needed to lead and succeed in a rapidly evolving workplace: AI Leadership and Strategy and Business Psychology.
AI Leadership and Strategy and Business Psychology add to the growing UNSW Online portfolio. These programs cater to the increasing demand for flexible lifelong learning, aimed at supporting professionals to upskill, reskill and progress in their careers.
“With the launch of the Master of AI Leadership and Strategy and the Master of Business Psychology, UNSW Online is continuing to expand its portfolio of programs that build the skills and capabilities that are increasingly in demand by leading employers,” said Professor Nick Wailes, Dean UNSW Lifelong Learning & Director AGSM.
“Our industry relevant programs are developed by world class experts and delivered in a flexible online model that allows busy working professionals to build their knowledge and expand their career opportunities. We are excited about the contribution that graduates of these programs will make to organisations in Australia and around the world.”
AI Leadership and Strategy
Developed by the School of Information Systems and Technology Management (ISTM) in the UNSW Business School, the AI Leadership and Strategy program suite includes the existing Graduate Certificate in AI Strategy, alongside the new Graduate Diploma in AI Leadership and Strategy and Master of AI Leadership and Strategy.
AI is reshaping industries at a rapid pace. The AI Leadership and Strategy programs equip professionals with the advanced capabilities required to lead organisations through complex AI-enabled transformation. Through applied learning and a capstone project, students build the judgement and decision-making skills needed to prioritise, govern and oversee AI initiatives while addressing their organisational and societal impacts.
Business Psychology
This program suite, developed by the School of Psychology in the Faculty of Science, includes the Graduate Certificate in Business Psychology, Graduate Diploma in Business Psychology, and Master of Business Psychology. The School of Management and Governance in the UNSW Business School also contribute to this program.
Designed to meet the needs of organisations facing complex challenges related to decision making, leadership, wellbeing and change, these programs develop professionals who can systematically analyse behaviour and decision making in organisational contexts. The program emphasises the use of psychological evidence, data and contextual analysis to diagnose organisational issues, evaluate alternative courses of action and inform practical recommendations.
