
UNSW conferred honorary degrees on five distinguished individuals whose contributions span cyber security, mental health, Indigenous knowledge and ethical technology leadership.
An honorary degree is awarded to individuals in recognition of outstanding service to UNSW, society and/or academia. Recipients will have demonstrated a substantial link or relationship with the University.
The five honorary degrees were awarded during the August graduation ceremonies. Congratulations to the following recipients.
Brigadier (Ret'd) Alison Creagh AM CSC
Brigadier (Ret'd) Alison Creagh AM CSC received the degree of Doctor of Business honoris causa for her exemplary career and outstanding contributions to Cyber Security, veterans' support and community service.
