Gift vouchers at The Lounge update

Due to a decline in demand and business changes, the Lounge will no longer offer the opportunity to purchase gift vouchers.

Existing valid Lounge gift vouchers need to be redeemed by Thursday 31 December 2026, when they will become invalid. This is regardless of the expiry date or duration printed on the voucher.

We encourage all voucher recipients to use their vouchers before the end of 2026 because the vouchers won’t be eligible for cash refunds, redemption or any other form of compensation by the recipient.

Any unused voucher funds will be returned to the original purchaser by refunding the relevant general ledger (GL) code provided at the time of purchase. The refund will not be made to the voucher recipient.
