From study and work to family life, the University is creating a more inclusive campus experience for parents and carers.

UNSW is taking a fresh look at the spaces that support our community through the forthcoming Future Campus Experience strategy. The strategy will guide improvements to existing facilities and shape future campus developments to create spaces that better respond to the diverse needs of students, staff and visitors.

Parents’ rooms are one example of this work, with the first phase focused on helping our community find and access the spaces already available across the Kensington campus.

They provide private, comfortable spaces where students, staff and visitors can feed, express, change or care for infants and young children while on campus. They are available for everyone to use, regardless of the building or faculty they are visiting.

Parents’ rooms are available in:

  • Morven Brown (C20), Ground Floor, Room G51
  • Electrical Engineering (G17), Ground Floor, Room G08
