October and November were busy for the Academic Calendar Project team as they toured campus hosting six Faculty Roadshows.
Each session was full of energy, with thoughtful questions, practical ideas and great conversations. It’s clear that staff across the University are united and deeply invested in shaping the Flex-Semester transition. A big thank you to everyone who joined.
The Flex-Semester Transition SharePoint site is proving to be a valuable resource and continues to see strong engagement across the University. There’s now a monthly update, so if you haven’t explored it yet, this is the perfect time to make it your go-to hub for all things Academic Calendar.
The Academic Calendar Project team also extends sincere appreciation to colleagues in reference groups, working groups and project streams. Your time and expertise, whether in testing, drafting, shaping guidance or delivering key pieces of work, are helping ensure the transition is clearer, stronger and truly student focused.
Looking ahead, the team is preparing to launch student communications in the new year, along with an updated student website that will bring together key dates, guidance and resources in one easy-to-access place.
As the year wraps up, the team wishes everyone a happy and restful holiday season. Thanking you for your continued collaboration, they look forward to building on this momentum with you in the new year.
If you have questions or suggestions, please share them via the feedback form or through your local school, faculty or division leads.
