Business & Campus Services (BACS) is hosting the Division of Finance and Operations’ (DFO) Biggest Morning Tea on Thursday, 24 May to help raise vital funds for cancer research, prevention and support services through the Cancer Council.
All staff are invited to be part of this fundraising event from 10am to 12pm in the Tyree Room, John Niland Scientia Building.
Staff attending can contribute in the following ways:
- Register yourself as a star baker and bring along your homemade signature bake (sweet or savoury – everything goes). Just one request: no store-bought goods, they must be homemade!
- Purchase a plate for $5 or $10 ahead of time from your local Biggest Morning Tea Champion in the DFO, and then come along to the morning tea with your plate to grab a few bites and a cup of tea.
Your local Biggest Morning Tea Champions are:- BACS: Maria Chan / Tracey Glanville
- EM: Lee Delis
- Finance: Dianne Sheedy / Anna Thompson (City Campus)
- IT: Leanne Howard
- Office of the VPFO: Angela Lee
- Donations can be made on the day or digitally via the online fundraising page. BACS’ goal is to raise $1,500 and no contribution is too small.
- Purchase a raffle ticket to be in the draw to win some great prizes
