The free webinar for all staff will include practical guidance on helping others to access support.
Every day, people are managing challenges we can’t always see. That’s why it’s important to check in with the people around us, not just on R U, OK? Day, but all year round.
To mark R U, OK? Day 2026, all UNSW staff are invited to join a special webinar on Thursday 10 September delivered in partnership with the Black Dog Institute.
The webinar will explore wellbeing, help-seeking, practical ways to support others and the support services available to both students and staff.
Participants will learn simple tools and gain confidence to start meaningful conversations and connect people to support when needed.
Why not gather your colleagues and watch together? The webinar could be an opportunity to continue the conversation within your team and reinforce the message that it’s okay to ask, listen and support one another.
No registration is required. Can’t join live? A recording will be available following the session.
If you’re thinking it, ask it. A conversation could change a life.
