Have your say – complete the Insight Survey now

The Insight Survey is open until Wednesday 24 September. 

We want to understand your current experience of working at UNSW. That’s why we’re encouraging you to complete the Insight Survey. It’s voluntary, confidential and should take around 10 to 15 minutes to complete.  

In 2023, fixed-term, continuing and casual staff were invited to take part in the Insight Staff Engagement Surveys to share their experiences of working at UNSW. To check in on how we were progressing, we followed up with a Pulse survey in 2024. Your feedback across both surveys provided valuable insights into key areas where you felt we were doing well and where we could improve, such as leadership and innovation.

We’ve been working hard to make improvements in these areas. Now, we want to hear from you again.

How to complete the survey

For those continuing, fixed-term and casual staff who have not yet completed the survey, we encourage you to do so to ensure your voice is heard. Please check your inbox for an email from ‘UNSW via Culture Amp’ (notifications@cultureamp.com) with a link inviting you to complete the survey. If your invitation doesn’t appear in your ‘focused’ inbox in Outlook, please check your ‘Other’ inbox.

Fixed-term and continuing staff who started before Thursday 31 July 2025 and casual staff paid in the month up to Thursday 31 July 2025 have been invited to participate.

The UNSW Insight Survey will be open until 11.45pm on Wednesday 24 September 2025.
