It’s time to complete your disclosure of interests – before Friday 11 July.
At UNSW, we believe that integrity, transparency and trust are the foundations of a strong and respectful workplace. That’s why all continuing and fixed-term staff are asked to complete their Disclosure of Interests form each year.
This isn’t just a box-ticking exercise – it’s about making sure a potential conflict of interest, international activity or paid outside work is declared and managed appropriately. The University supports your involvement in valuable external activities. This process simply helps us stay accountable as a public institution.
What do you need to do?
- Complete your Disclosure of Interests form by 5pm, Friday 11 July.
- Even if you have nothing to declare, you still need to complete and submit the form.
- If you hold more than one role at UNSW, you’ll need to complete a form for each role.
How do you access the form?
- Log in to myUNSW.
- Click on ‘My Staff Profile’.
- Select the ‘Disclosure of Interests’ tile on your dashboard.
The process is designed to be as quick and straightforward as possible.

- Contact your Head of School, Faculty Executive Director, Operations Director or your People & Culture Business Partner if you need advice.
