It’s time to complete your disclosure of interests before Friday 10 July.
At UNSW, integrity, transparency and trust are what help us build a strong, respectful workplace and maintain the confidence of our students, colleagues and community. That's why all continuing and fixed-term staff are asked to complete their Disclosure of Interests form each year.
This is more than an annual admin task. It's an opportunity to identify and appropriately manage any potential conflicts of interest, international activities or paid outside work. We recognise and encourage staff contributions beyond the University, and this process helps ensure those activities are transparent and managed in line with our responsibilities as a public institution.
What do you need to do?
- Complete your Disclosure of Interests form by 5pm, Friday 10 July.
- Even if you have nothing to declare, you still need to complete and submit the form.
- If you hold more than one role at UNSW, you’ll need to complete a form for each role.
- If you're preparing a management plan, discuss it with your supervisor, who must review and sign it before you submit it.
How do you access the form?
