Hub Eatery offers all-day dining at the HTH

In the busy Health Translation Hub precinct, the eatery offers a calm place to pause, with warm food, good coffee and grab-and-go options.

Menu highlights

Inspired by the idea of a shared pantry, the space is built around daily comfort. The Health Translation Hub’s (HTH) Hub Eatery menu includes all-day dining, ready-to-eat hot meals, fresh sandwiches, wraps, bagels, pizza slices, focaccia, seasonal salads, smoothies, fresh juice and grab-and-go items.

With an ever-changing ready-to-eat menu, there is plenty to choose from. Options include tortellini boscaiola, slow-cooked shepherd’s pie, the Hub cheeseburger with an Angus beef patty and grilled Australian barramundi with chimichurri.

Designed for the precinct

“We designed the space as a calm, capable refueling point in the heart of the health and research precinct. With a diverse demographic, it's something for everyone, said Michael, Hub Eatery business owner. 

“We particularly love seeing the space fill with colleagues, friends and visitors, enjoying coffee and a bite to eat. We have outdoor seating for when the weather warms up. It's a gorgeous spot in the sun”.

Location and hours

Hub Eatery is on the ground floor of the HTH and is open Monday to Friday, 6.30am to 3.30pm.
