This is your opportunity to nominate a colleague or team in this year’s Vice-Chancellor’s Awards.
Recognise staff who light up UNSW with their amazing efforts and contributions, demonstrating the UNSW Values in Action and UNSW Leadership Signatures. Nominate them for a Vice-Chancellor’s Award and shine a spotlight on all the ways they help to shape our culture and drive our strategy to achieve Progress for All.

In considering who you will nominate cast your thoughts far and wide. It could be the quiet achievers behind the scenes, the team-players, the curious listeners, the change makers and innovators, or the role models for self, project or people leadership who make UNSW a great place to work. This is your chance to let them know how their work and what they do matters.
People’s Choice Award voting opens Monday 28 July
Nominees will also go into the running for the People’s Choice Award, the nominee voted the most popular by UNSW staff. People’s Choice Award nominees will be showcased on the Vice-Chancellor’s Awards app, where you can read about their unique contributions and submit your vote from Monday 28 July until Monday 11 August.
The awards event
The Vice-Chancellor’s Awards event will be held on Wednesday 13 August, to recognise the contributions of all nominees. At the event, we’ll announce the awardees for each category and celebrate the People’s Choice Award.
Individual and team award winners will receive a $5000 contribution per award category to be used for their professional development.
