The winners of the 2025 Vice-Chancellor’s Awards were recognised at the Roundhouse, with more than 400 staff members celebrating the annual event.
On Wednesday 13 August, the Vice-Chancellor’s Awards event showcased the 750 incredible nominees from all faculties and divisions at the UNSW.
At the event, Vice-Chancellor and President Professor Attila Brungs and members of the University Leadership Team acknowledged all the nominees as well as the inspirational awardees.
“I feel privileged to be part of a culture where we see the impact our people make every day, not just in what they do but in how they do it. The Vice-Chancellor’s Awards is a moment to celebrate our incredible nominees, finalists and awardees whose achievements and leadership inspire us all.
“It’s also a reflection of our culture that so many colleagues took the time to nominate someone or vote in the People’s Choice Award. We support each other and take the time to recognise the contributions of those around us, because it matters.
“My hope is that we carry that spirit beyond this event, continuing to connect, collaborate and live our Values in Action and Leadership Signatures every day,” said Chief People Officer, Gemma Martin.
