Jobs on Campus provides career opportunities for our students.
Employability's Jobs on Campus (JoC) connects hiring managers with current UNSW students who have priority access to employment opportunities across the University. Students can access jobs ranging from paid ambassador roles to administrative and professional positions.
The team pre-screens students, supporting them to be job-ready and making the recruitment process for UNSW staff fast and easy.
A talent pool of students
JoC recruits from a talent pool, streamlining the selection process for UNSW staff.
To prepare for recruitment, students participate in an Employability Workshop or Program and complete online modules supporting resume and cover letter submissions. The skills they develop through the application process are highly transferrable and help them with other professional job applications.
The students also have the option to work with an Employability Career Coach.
