Help shape UNSW's capability framework

Have your say on how we work, lead and contribute at UNSW

The Culture & Capability team is exploring the development of a staff capability framework and we're seeking your input.

A capability framework provides a shared language for the knowledge, skills and behaviours that help us do our best work. It can support how we learn and develop, build future workforce capability, create opportunities for growth across the University and help deliver on our Progress for All strategy.

The team is about to kick off this work and want to hear directly from you before any decisions are made.

How you can get involved

We're inviting you to share your views on:

• the capabilities staff need to succeed today and what will become increasingly important in the future
• current capability gaps and development opportunities
• how a capability framework could support you, your team and the wider UNSW community. 

Your feedback will help shape the early thinking and inform the design of the framework.
