Invitation: 2025 Strategy Update - Research Quality Town Hall

31 May 2018
Town Hall Roundhouse 2025

UNSW’s 2025 vision is to be recognised among the leading research-intensive universities worldwide, known for innovative, pioneering research with global impact.

Nearly two years in to implementing our 2025 Strategy, we have made solid progress across the Research portfolio. You are invited to join Professor Nicholas Fisk, Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Research, for a Research Quality Town Hall on Thursday 21 June 2018 for:

  • An update on major initiatives across the Division, including research training;

  • A discussion around quality versus quantity, and optimising citations and impact;

  • The launch of a new research support scheme to encourage a focus on high quality outputs.

This is a great opportunity to further engage with the 2025 Strategy and have your questions about the Research Quality stream answered.

  • Date: Thursday 21 June 2018

  • Time: 12pm - 1pm

  • Kensington Campus: CLB7 (Central Lecture Block)

  • Offsite: Live Streaming (details will be provided)
