Our staff survey shared what you value and where we can improve this year.
A University-wide staff survey in late 2025 helped us find out what you think about The Lounge. Thank you to everyone who took the time to complete the survey.
We were pleased with the strong level of participation and overall very positive feedback about The Lounge’s offering, value for money and service.
Many respondents said they value The Lounge as a welcoming and convenient place to take a break, with particular appreciation for the friendly service, quality of food and beverages, and the overall atmosphere.
We also received helpful suggestions about menu variety, pricing options and the way the space is used throughout the day. This valuable feedback gives us useful insights into what’s working well and where we can continue to improve.
Please be assured that all responses have been carefully reviewed and are helping to inform our focus areas for the year ahead. Throughout the year, we’ll be working to enhance and promote The Lounge experience based directly on what you’ve told us. We’ll share updates as improvements are made.
