A revised Student Fee Policy approved by the Vice-Chancellor and President became effective on 16 January 2026.
 
A new Accounting Procedure approved by the Director of Financial Control and Compliance became effective on 6 January 2026.
 
Revised UNSW Delegations Schedules approved by the Vice-Chancellor and President became effective on 1 January 2026.
 
A revised Program Design Procedure approved by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Academic Quality became effective on 1 January 2026 following a full review.

Consultation

The draft Centres and Institutes Procedure has been published for consultation following a full review. Please share feedback with the policy team via email by COB Tuesday 10 March 2026.

A Draft Higher Degree Research Policy has been published for consultation as part of UNSW’s Policy Transformation Program. Please share feedback via email (grs@unsw.edu.au) by Friday 6 March 2026.

The Preventing and Responding to Gender-based Violence at UNSW Policy has been published for consultation. This Policy supersedes the Sexual Misconduct Prevention and Response Policy, Domestic Violence Support Policy and Domestic Violence Support Procedure. Please share feedback with the policy team via email or anonymous submission by COB Tuesday 10 March 2026.
